Building Bridges is--at its heart--an effort to connect community to community, organization to organization, family to family, and heart to heart. To facilitate those connections, a number of families have asked to be connected to a family in Portland.
If you would like to get to know and help a Port Sulphur family, please complete the form below. We will review the personal information that each of you provides and will do our best to make a good match. But please be patient. This is a new program, and not everyone will be able to connect directly with a Port Sulphur family. There are many, many other things that you can do to help while you are waiting for the perfect match!
